My experience with Advanced Powerplant Solutions so far is... terrible.

Placed an order with them for a 914 oil temperature sender on May 2, with 2-day freight.

Never showed up... on May 9 I finally got through to a real person over there and they promised to send it out immediately on 2-day freight.

    May 13, still not here.

No one is responding to phone messages. No one is responding to e-mail.

But... they did charge my credit card, so that's something!

    Never again.

I think the issue maybe they are moving and setting up at a new location. They may be a little scattered right now trying to get settled in.

To all the people dealing with Advanced, consider this.  The entire company had to physically move some 20 mins away from the old location.  They had to set up all the inventory, point of sale materials, computers and all the associated paperwork.  In addition they are building the workshop back to an operational approved shop.

Give them a break as they work past all the issues that come with such a sale and move.  It can be frustrating for both you and the folks at Advanced.  I know them personally and can assure you they want to  do the best for everyone.  The good part is there are new people with a fresh outlook to look after you.  Brett is still there and for me that's a huge plus for support.

    Cheers

    Hello Tom Meyer,

As Rotax Wizard mentioned, APS is currently in the process of transporting and setting up all the inventory. It will take some time for them to reach full operational capacity.

Please be patient with APS, as we can assure you that once they are fully operational, you will be very satisfied with the service you receive.
