912ULS-EGT-Difference

Hi Guys!

I´ve a problem with my EGTs.  Engine-data:  year of constr.: 2008, 912ULS with Airbox, 4 ETG-sensors, 2CHT-sensors

Suddenly the EGTs of the left cylinders (2&4)  are different even they are running on the same carb. The EGT difference between cyl. 2 and 4 is about 40°C (104°F) during warm-up: 2100RPM // 11,6inHg MAP

I´ve already done following troubleshooting:

=> looking for false-air/leak air (gaps, cracks) in the area of the left carb = NEGATIVE

=> I´ve checked the weight of the floaters (both 3,17g) = OK

=> I´ve checked the ignition boxes. On left and right ignition-boxes the same: Cyl 2 is always more hot than cyl 4.

=> The carbs were synchoized in autum (2019/11/17), since then 3h of flight

I´ve added 2 pix, that you can see the normal EGTs 3week ago and now.

What should I do next?
