912iS Fuel Pressure Sensor Fit

Hello, I have a 912iS installed with the Stock Flight Systems EMU. I have obtained the necessary sensor (BRP 664365), to feed the EMU fuel pressure input.
I am now after a suitable adapter to place in-line with the fuel tube (for the sensor to screw into), and also a suitable plug / socket to attach to the top of the sensor. Any pointers to the necessary parts or advice greatly appreciated. Mark

    the connector is Rotax p/n 881302. You will have to assemble it with the 3 wires to the EMU.
    It is a little strange in its de-pin and insertion. see attached for some instructions.

    What type of fuel fittings are you using? AN6 flair?

    Thats great; so it's the same connector as the Rotax oil pressure sender.
    I don't know the fuel line fittings, I was expecting to just cut a section out of the fuel pipe and insert some kind of adapter.

    yes its the same connector but the oil pressure sensor uses 2 wires and the EMU fuel pressure sensor uses 3 wires (so dont order the 864250 connector assembly)
    The fuel pressure sensor needs to go just before the 10 micron filter; what connector are you planning on using for the filter inlet? maybe tap into it?

    Also; the sensor has 12x1.5 threads so you will need to machine out whatever adaptor you find.

    Hi, the aircraft is all up and running, so I am unsure of the fitting type at present, but can check. I have the 3 wires from the EMU, sitting ready to connect in the engine bay, so I was planning to have the sensor positioned in the main fuel line just before it enters the engine fuel rail. I was hoping to find a ready made unit that the sensor screws into rather than having to machine something. Many thanks,
