The software is free to download at flyrotax.com . The dongle can be purchased from one of the independent Service Centres.  Both a level 2 or 3 will do the job at customer level.  Check the listing for iSC online at rotaxirmt.com and select iSC only, there are 3 in the USA.

Were you able to get the level 3 dongle from Lockwood? Do they require that you attend a certain amount of time or experience before they will sell the dongle to you?

Were either of you able to obtain a BUDS dongle?
