Spark plug evaluation

Here's a picture of the four spark plugs that I removed from my Rotax 582. They all appear to be oily at the end near the electrode. They all appear to be the same.
The engine has 145 hours on it. It has 45 hours on these plugs. In the 5 hours that I have flown it, it has purred like a kitten.
This is the first time that I have changed plugs.
Is this the way they should look?
