Desnso CDI Coil

I have an older 503 with a Denso CDI.  I recently changed the ignition wires, but when removing the clips that secure the wires to the coil, they broke.

Is there any supply of the Denso coils or parts?  Can you use another make of coil?

The Denso Part # is.  129700-2490

Any idea what the last 4 numbers mean?  Ive seen a number of coils with the 129700, but different last 4#
