Dear Bill, Nick and all that try to assist me, I have got Good news,I got lucky!!!
Although Bill told me to check the spark plugs and I did, I clean them sand them and put them back but nothing change,
My friend this morning the very first thing he did he asked me to remove the spark plugs, Gentleman the ones on the cylinder that wans't working was clean just the way I put them after cleaning them, clean but fuel was visible, on the other the working cylinder there was brownish, He said fuel is geting into the cylinder but is not firing, he ask if I have any new spark plags, I had 4 that I had removed from the engine previously they was like new with only 10 hours on them he cheked the gap instaled 2 on the cylinder I started up the engine and everything went back to normal got reading on both EGTs, Let it warm up a little and throttle it up and got me 6800 RPM Both EGT readings and CHT almost mathed with in a few degrees difference.
Lesson learned, Have new plugs handy, when in dought just replace spark plags, not even bother cleaning them just replace them, If fuel is there but no spark there will no be firing, I been pulling my hair for 2 weeks and issue sholved with in 5 minutes, I apreciate all your input I have learned a lot from this forum thanks to your input, All posibilities discused may be handy next time a problem may come.
Thank you very mach, regards to all and safe flying,
    Yanis :P :P

    Yanis,

A perfect example of Aachem's razor. "The simplest solution is usually the correct one"

That is great news! Spark plugs are about the cheapest fix you can do on a rotax.

    Bill.
