    Gentleman here is my latest,
Greatfull with the contain of Nick's input WHICH was en eye opener and guidlines to keep,
I did some throttle cable adjustements as Bill sugested and followed up with Nicks update, Here is my report:
    Under 2000RPM for a few minutes CHT167/167/ EGT 620/570
    AT 3000 CHT 175/178 EGT 740/724
    AT 4000 CHT 182/188 EGT 1030/990
    AT 5000 CHT 190/194 EGT 1064/1072
Coolnt started to aproach 180 and choosed to stop the run,
I did another run with in 45 minutes the numbers was very close to the above,ZSeems to me that the highier the RPM the more the EGT stabilize
I will let things the way they are for now and try the bird on the air arount the patern and I will report again that way I will have the chance for a full throttle,
I thank you all Gentleman you input did help greatly,
    Regards
    Yanis

Hello Bill and all that may read,
I flew today for over 2 hours in variable Throtle settings,
In LOW RPM up to 2500 I may have 10 to 20 degrees diference between EGTs, up to 5000RPM about 10 degrees,
During liftoffs I objerved 6400RPM and some time during cruise at same seting my EGT was 1030 1038 between the 2 cylinders, I did had more throttle available but I did not use not even from curiosity, less than 5000RPM is giving me my trim speed around 65 and I am happy with it. Base on my rotax 618 book these numbers ure well under max and very well within the envelope,
It took us a while but with your exerts advices I belive that we sholve: 1) to much fuel and oil on the plugs, 2)rough run of the curbs, 3) achieved a stady RPM FOR IDDLE, 4)the air to fuel ratio has been achieved as I check the plugs after landing and now they are dry and the color is brownish,
All these by fine tuniing th carbs,AND NOTHING TO BUY except the new throthle cables which 1 had failed.
Gentleman I thank you very much for patiently working with me to ahieve all these, Another happy flyer in the forum
BIl, Nick, Dennis? are you happy with these numbers???
    Regards
    Yanis :P :P
