How I Look up a FORM TRACKING NUMBER for an engine can is true or fake?

I am going to buy a NEW 912S2 engine.
The FORM TRACKING NUMBER is B22/0833; WORK ORDER is 80683264; Date 16.11.2022.
The Engine Serial number is 9140451
But I have a mistake with ENGINE EASA FORM 1. The engine S/N is old, but the form 1 is 2022
Please guide me

S/N 9140451

The manufacturing date for that engine is 14.11.2022.

I'm not sure what the issue is. Are you buying directly from the Rotax distributor?
