Hello Alejandro,
Due to the complexity of this task and the critical importance of performing it correctly, Rotax provides this information only in the Overhaul Manual, which is available exclusively to individuals or organizations designated by Rotax who have received the necessary training. Please reach out to your local Rotax distributor for assistance with your request:

Thanks Rotaxowener.
In Experimental Aviation or homebuilders, the budget of an official Rotax service is not enough, a service that I admire, and I do not understand why this documentation cannot be available to users who assume full responsibility.
Cheers

Hi Alejandro,
We fully sympathize and understand what you are saying. However, it can become a liability issue for Rotax, regardless of whether the owner "claims responsibility." This task is not something that just anyone can perform without specific training.
Whether the aircraft is experimental or homebuilt, it’s still an aircraft engine, and if this complex task isn’t done correctly, it can lead to significant safety concerns. Disassembly and reassembly of the crankcase are likely the most challenging tasks on a Rotax engine. We often see both "untrained" and even "trained" individuals make simple mistakes on basic items. These include doubling up on O-rings on the pushrod tubes when reinstalling cylinder heads or not properly clocking the carburetor piston slide during reassembly—both of which we see frequently.
We fully support Rotax’s decision not to release the Overhaul Manual to the general public, as we want everyone to be safe!

I have been on a waiting list for over 3 years now for Rotax training and still nothing available here in Australia. By the time they decide to put on any courses, I should be fully self-taught by then....
