    Christian,

    From the above photos, it would appear that your propeller is an inflight adjustable. Has the pitch change mechanism been checked for equal ( to each blade) & correct action?

    It sound as if your aircraft has been in service for a considerable time (Airframe hours);

      #  Were your engine mount rubbers replaced, at the last 5 year interval?😈

    Thank you said by: Chris

    Hi Sean

    Yes I have a CS prop which was overhauled about 200 h ago.

    The rubbers are new as well.

    What you folks think about the dropping fuel pressure at WOT? Is this behaviour normal?

    Assuming that you can create the symptoms on the ground, could you just stop the engine and inspect the fuel level in the float bowls? That might show if you have insufficient fuel flow.

    Are the fuel tank vents operational, i.e. not creating a vacuum under full load?

    Here's a question for some of the other forumites: what is the effect on the EGTs if the mixture becomes lean?

    From my LyCon days - leaning will usually see a rise in EGT to a peak - further leaning will see a drop in EGT & a reduction in power.

    The way you describe this "vibration" could be resonance - occurring within same rpm range.

    I still feel that this may be something to do with the propeller;

    How long since the prop was dynamically balanced?

    Has the prop suffered a strike - no matter how minour?

    Does the prop track straight/all blade tips the same?😈
