So long as it performs as per the POH for my country there is no risk, think about what you are saying mate.
But it's irrelevant now, I'm installing an E-Props prop which is approved for 5500rpm both static and cruise so I will have full power available for the first time!

"So long as it performs as per the POH for my country there is no risk, think about what you are saying mate."
Most pilot would be concerned, that their aircraft does not perform, as well as an identical aircraft.
If this is due to the engine not delivering as much power as its capable of, most pilots would seek to improve the engine power output.
This is not for the sake of bragging rights but for SAFETY.
If your POH has been edited, to validate this unsafe UK operating procedure, that brings into question the motivation of the company issuing the POH (sales/profit?).
Your faith in your POH /UK version, almost certainly differs from POH's in other jurisdictions (speculation), where such artificial limitations do not exist.
"I'm installing an E-Props prop which is approved for 5500rpm both static and cruise"
How does this statement comply with your earlier "... indeed 4800 static for my CT2k"?
If you are so content with your POH/UK limiting cruise to 4800 rpm, why would you now want 5500 rpm?
Has the 4800 rpm limit been dropped? or are you stretching the legal boundaries?
