at last the PROBLEM was found from prop, tht wa sexpire.
After changed , PRM FOUND OK'd.

David, could you please elaborate and explain how a prop with expired paperwork was causing your engine to not reach proper RPM?

MT PROP LIFE. 96 months TBO.
SO UNFORTUNATELY WE are in used of over 100 months.
As we HAVE changed , 5800. RPM ACHIVED AT115% throttle.
OK'd?
