I thought I had seen a section on winterizing the 912 in one of the manuals. I can't find it now and wondered if I was confusing it with the two strokes. This is the first winter for storing my plane, since first flight and it won't be used again for 5 or 6 months. Any input would be appreciated. Scott French ( Eastern Iowa Tundra)

    Scott,

Winterizing the two cycles is a bit more complicated than the the four strokes. Only thing I have ever done to my 912ULS is to plug the exhaust pipe and wrap the air filters in aluminium foil to keep the moisture out.

Of course my winters are a bit milder in the southern US.
