Reverse polarity damages
in 912 / 914 Technical Questions

Hallo all,
after using 912's for nearly 20 years and 5000+ hrs I did it... I wanted to start it for its bi annual runup(trike is stored at moment)...and reversed the polarity!!! Apart from a blown part in the Flydat (diode or something nxt to the large Capacitor,although orig. fuse stayed intact!), probably a blown filter-capacitor and a damaged radio...what poss. damages do I have to chk for before reconnecting to Start again?
Any one with that experience around?
I did attempt to turn the starter too!
