I own a ctsw 2006 and installed the new corona (bcd) fuel pump about one year ago.
Since I changed the pump, the fuel pressure started fluctuating between 4 and 6.5 PSI (0.27 - 0.42 BAR). This is usual in any flight, with any temperature (honestly a little bit less pronunciated when very cold) and any altitude. After a year I decided to change the instrument, I put an electronic instrument instead of the mechanical one, but the measure didn't change.
My fuel return line goes to gascolator as any CTSW, and the size of the return jet in banjo bolt is 0.35.
The engine runs regularly and fluently, but I'd like to solve the problem.
Does anyone as the same problem? Did you eventually solved it?
Thanks in advance
Marco
