Flydat starts with delay

I have problem with my FLydat. It's connected on one breaker with MGL Fuel computer. When I turn it on it stays dark. MGL starts properly , i have 12-13V on supply line but FLydat is dead. After turn on engine, when voltage goes up to 13-14V flydat starts with 3-10s delay. Sometimes it's starts from only battery but no always.
What can be wrong? Maybe broken capacitor of sth?
