its mentioned in Overhaul manual
tight the collar nut to approximately 20 Nm then tight the nut 2 turns.
this setting gives a breakaway torque app. 600-800 Nm

I wish I would have seen this before I tore down my clutch to clean it. So, if the gearbox friction check is low you add shims, and if you cannot get it up to spec you replace the Belvue (sp) washers. Is that correct?
