912uls shakes, rough or vibrates

I have a 912uls on my RV12 that shakes a lot when I do my run up between 2800 to 4000 rpm. Carb balance is smooth through all rpms using gages. Engine has 67 hours on it to date. The problem is intermittent as I may go two or three flights and it has no problem. Once the oil temp reaches around 140 to 145 degrees the shaking stops and the engine purrs like a kitten. I have checked A and B ignition switches and that has not been any help as sometimes it will run good on A and sometimes it runs good on B. Have downloaded info from D180 and fuel and oil pressures are steady as well as EGT and CHTs.
