912 Alternator voltage at 5000RPM

in 912 / 914 Technical Questions 10 years ago
MY EIS warning light came on today showing 14.0 volts and triggered the alarm that was set to 13.8 Volts. What is the voltage to read on a Rotax 912 at 5000RPM? 13.5 Volts seems like a number I remember. Also, how does the engine regulate the voltage output?
