Hi everybody,
I have a 914F3 with a 2 blade constant pitch propeller on my test bed. I have the following problem during test run:
When advancing the throttle smoothly from 0% to 110% there is no problem. But between 110% and 115% the RPM goes up to 7500 RPM in a moment at first and then it backs to 5750 RPM and do not fluctuate anymore, but the manifold pressure is 42" HG. (at first I guess the ports on the airbox is clogged, but they weren't)
I replaced the following items one bye one with a new one such as: TCU, wastegate servomotor, turbocharger system, Carbs, fuel pressure regulator, airbox, all the sensors, the 5th trigger coil(RPM sensor) in ignition housing, electric modules, 3way solenoid valve, fuel pumps, fuel filter, gasoline, but the problem still exist.
Is there anyone that can help me? PLEASE!!!
