Oil Purging

I'm about ready to purge the oil system on a 912ULS with a oil thermostat. I've watched the video on how to do it but it only mentions the oil thermostat in passing. Is there a way to insure oil gets by the thermostat and into the rest of the system.

Hi, most oil thermostats do not fully close, so run as normal, get it up to tempature , you should be good.

Have your oil cooler connections on top and ensure that lines are hooked up in proper directions , follow the rotax oil purge instructions and you should have no difficulties.
