contaminated new oil

While changing the oil in my RV12 (912ULS) I diligently went through all of the steps only to find (after I dumped in the last liter) that one of the 3 containers had some sludge in the bottom. Maybe someone returned one…maybe a bad batch…? Fortunately I did not run the engine but I did crank it over the required 20 turns….ever heard of bad oil....what should I do to make sure I do not have a problem?
