I'm getting ready to do the 25 hour oil change and inspection. At that time I'm going to adjust prop pitch as at full throttle @ 7000' rpm is 5400ish.

My thought is to decrease pitch by .2 degrees. Does this sound right.

I have a RV-12 e-lsa...

Thanks...Ric D

On my RV-12 I have mine set to 4850 WOT on the ground and 5550 WOT at 7500' DA. Gives me about 118 kts w/o wheel fairings. IIRC, 0.2 deg = about 100 RPM but not sure about that. I live in Florida so rate of climb isn't my biggest concern.

If you are at 5400ish and looking to get 5600-5650 then try .5 degrees. You're looking to bump it almost 200 rpm.
.2 degrees won't be enough. That's less than 1/4 degree.
