Am curious as to what pressure/vacuum can be expected in the flexible flow and return oil lines to the pump and return from the sump. I believe it's a vacuum to the pump and guessing it's just a few PSI back from the sump?

Rotax 914 Installation Manual says hoses must be rated for 145 psi pressure. It also says that, measured a maximum distance of 100 mm from the pump inlet, vacuum must be tested to not exceed 4.35 psi. Apparently actual pressure and vacuum will vary depending upon the installation.

The case pressure is approximately 4-5 psi at full power.
The vacuum is normally -2psi. It should not exceed -4.35 psi. If it does you have a restriction (maybe wrong fittings, collapsing hose, too small ID.)
This info can be found in the installation manual "Checking the oil circuit". This test should be completed by the OEM.
