Good morning, guys!

recently i had a problem, and stiil do...
i disassembly the cylinder head, cylinder and pistons to cleanup, valve seat rework, and all..
But on the re-assembly procecess, i made the procedure acording to the SI-912-025, where its predicted to torque do 10Nm the caps and collars nuts, then 30 Nm and then untorqued 360 degrees, and torque it again with 10 Nm and after 150 degrees, but the two studs of the number 1 cilinder, never get to the 30 Nm torque, all the others do, but the two from the 1 never got it...
I´ve checked the studs, the thread sleeve of the crankcase, they are all ok, i've tryed too to put one tube on the stud, and torque it with 30 Nm without the cylinder head, and on this case, the torque was O.K...
I made a mark on 360° of the stud, and torqued it, all the others made a little turn, about 2 ou 3° but the stud from cyl 1, started to turn too much, and i stoped at about 180°, otherwise, the stud are turning together with the cap nut, but when i torque it without the cyl. head and the cyl, just with nut and counternut, the thread sleeve are ok.

does any one has passed to some situation like that? need some help!
thx!!
