The 912UL not having issues, but only the ULS is a little confusing.
Since this is happening to all the identical aircraft you may want to include checking all the plumbing (hoses, fittings, filters) to. This may not be a fuel issue at all, but a plumbing issue. It needs to be ruled in or out to be complete on your diagnoses. .

Your Ron 95 is equal to the US 91 AKI Octane. If you change fuel octane you do not need to dump all your other fuel. Just add it directly to it.
If you add a carb heat setup I would use the hot water (coolant) system type instead of the electric one. The electric one is always pulling power and the hot coolant one is always at work for you and no power drain.

    Hi There,
So I recheck the installation of the engine and the carbs together with an authorized mechanic (Rotax) and found nothing that can lead to this problem.

Summer time now and the temperatures climbs fast. The problem has disappeared and the engine operates well.
I came to a conclusion that a carbs heat system must be installed (on my plane the engine is uncovered and I guess this might help to the carbs icing situation.

So I ordered carbs heat set and soon will install it.
Guess I will have more experience to report next winter.
    Thank you,
    Moshe
