    David, did you verify fuel flow after the office on the return line?

    Thanks Garrett, yes the return is working. Also as suggested earlier, I did spray some carb cleaner into the sensor and it looks like it was stable for about 10 - 15 min. so I think for now I will flush that out a little better and give that another try. Thanks again. David

    Well I may have gotten carried away with spraying the carb cleaner, and killed my sensor. Replaced the sensor and fuel pump, and added a restrictor in the fuel pressure line, (.016, close to .35mm) about the same as the return fuel line. New fuel pump (893 115) and restrictor seem to help. It still drops off on take off down to about 2 psi but quickly recovers, and does not seem to go over 6 psi in cruise. If I use my electric fuel pump for take off and landing it takes out the fluctuations and no alarm. So for now, I consider it this problem solved. Thanks to the forum and members for all the help.
