Hi. I attached a file of my recent (03/2018) oil analysis. I have a 912 ULS with 1350 hours, and use AVGAS only. Interval oil changes every 25 hours. I use Mobil Motorcicle mineral oil 20W 50.
I don´t have any parameter from rotax. The only thing i see is the plumb level very high.
I would apreciate comments .
Thanks,
Arnaldo

    Hi Arnaldo,

First you should not be using Mobile One 4T a "full synthetic" and 100LL fuel together. A full synthetic will not suspend the lead and it will fall out of the oil and make a pasty mess through out your engine and gearbox.
You should be using a "semi synthetic" and 10-40W is all you need.
If you are using 100LL you should also be using a lead scavenger like Decalin. It is used at 1/2 oz. (.014 L) per 10 gals. (37.8L) of fuel. This won't keep all the lead out, but it will make a difference.

Thank you Roger. The oil i am using is not Mobile 1 4T. The label says Mobil 4T and is not a full synthetic oil, instead is mineral oil as you can see in the photo atached. I use it since a buy my Ultralight, 9 year ago, because here in Brazil the company that at the time represents rotax here, recommended its use.
    Any comments on the analysis?

    "Wear Elements: Alert Condition
Lead: Watch for lead content above the upper limit, which may indicate a marked wear on engine components. We recommend
check bearings, pistons, bushings and soldering points.
The oil charge may remain in use and the equipment may continue to operate under care. Send new sample for control according to the
    monitoring plan."

This is what your lab had to say. Mostly just lead build up which is going to accumulate faster using 100LL, no Decalin and using just mineral oil.
If you can stop from using 100LL and use 91 Oct. auto fuel I would. If you have to use 100LL I would highly recommend using the lead scavenger Decalin. I would also stop using a straight mineral oil and use a semi synthetic like Aero Shell Sport Plus 4 or some semi synthetic motorcycle oil if the Aero Shell is not available.

    Hi Roger and Arnaldo,
First the oil recommended by Roger is the Aeroshell Sport Plus 4 (typing mistake)
Arnaldo - You can get it from an Aeroshell representative (try Marcelo 014 99776-4715) or at Cruzeiro do Sul Aviação that is the current Rotax certified dealer in Brazil.
Roger - here in Brazil ROTAX doesn´t recommend the use of auto fuel because of the hi quantity of ethanol 25% and the poor quality control (Presence of solvents are not uncommon and water to).
So we have to use 100LL avgas and change the oil at 25 hours.

Pacheco, thank for your reply. Where is your base?
Did you see the analysis ?
The only very bad parameter is 1200 ppm of lead (chumbo).
Do you have your oil analised frequently ?
I´m just curious about the lead amount on the aeroshell sport plus 4 after 50 hours of use. If you have this info please let mne know, then i will decide if i change to aeroshell
I leave in Americana-sp my cel is 19-996527362 if you need anything.
