Hi all,
I would like to know how they installed oil tank so low?
When I wanted to do that, I found 400 mm limitation!

The aircraft manufacturer is free to follow or ignore Rotax's recommendations as they see fit.
In this case, it is not a catastrophic error.
There is a small risk that the Oil line from the Oil cooler to the Oil pump inlet could drain back to the level of the Oil in the Tank.
We are talking 100-150 mm (4-6").
This might take weeks or years to happen.
Worst case, there will be a 1-2 second delay in the Oil pump regaining prime and Oil pressure appearing.
Not Ideal but also not fatal.
They might have a checklist item to hand prop the engine to confirm Oil pressure before the first start of the day.
This would cover any loss of prime issue.
The engine will run just fine with a low position to the oil tank, The first start will be the only issue.

If this worries you, Hand prop the engine on the first start of the day until you see the first indication of oil pressure.
If you have been seeing valid Oil pressure in under 5 seconds during normal starts, then you are worrying about nothing.
