Hi all,
I am in the process of buying a Quicksilver GT500 that has was manufactured in 2006. It has a Rotax 912UL 80hp engine.
This aircraft has only 40 hours on engine and air frame. I am paying a pretty penny for it so I had a few questions
1) Being that the Rotax 912UL 80hp engine only 40 hours, what should be my concerns?
2) The Rotax 912 UL engine serial number is 4406320. Could anyone tell me what year it was manufactured. I think this engine TBO is 1500 hours. Could this be increased?
3) I am new to this, what would be the best source to find the Safety and Service advisory for this engine.
