On the Rotax 912 UL, there is a replacement for the oil pressure relieve valve retainer screw plug, preventing erratic oil pressure
Does anybody have a schematic diagram giving detailed dimensions of the replacement oil pressure relieve valve spring, retainer screw plug?

No dimensions. Why do you need dimensions? Probably only Rotax has those. The newer plug screw is not anodized gold any more because Europe said it might cause cancer. So the plug screw color looks to like aluminum and is indented or hollowed out in the head of the screw. The older plug screw had a flat head. The newer plug screw is longer to help keep the spring off the case sides if it bends under pressure. The spring is the same. The ball bearing replacement looks like a steel mushroom. The stem goes down into the spring to help keep it straight and the hole drilled on top helps keep it from having surface tension to help reduce oil pressure fluctuation or pulsation on the gauge. Some people seem to get an extra
5 psi or so with the new oil pressure mushroom.
