Fuel pressure fluctuations

I've read what I can find in this matter and need some more ideas? I have a 912 uls with constant speed prop and about 35h on it. When I set the rpm to between 4800-4900 fuel pressure moves between 0.45 and down to 0.10 pretty much constantly. On at least one occation it got down to zero and I turned on the electrical pump.
If I set the rpm to <= 4700 or => 5000 fuel pressure sits pretty much at 0.30 with very low fluctuation.
MP is usually at 24.5 to 25 when the above occurs.
