SUFFIX 01 COOLANT

Reference S.I, 914-019R10 at para 4.3 mentioned that water less coolant i.e EVANS is not permited for engine 912-915-914 series with. cylinder head version SUFFIX 01.
MY QUESTION.....
why this. water less coolant not permited on SUFFIX 01.?
What is technical reasons behind this?
where as we have used EVANS on SUFFIX 01 found no problem till date. and temp. goes less than 120c during GROUND RUN.
