Number one cylinder low compression

I have a 914 with 200 hours ,it has low compression on number one cylinder I ran ave gas,over the winter,[les than 10 hrs.] then it set for a mounth ,I suspect it has a lead deposit under one of the exhaust valves any ideas on how to clear that up without pulling the head off?
