It also does not sound like a fuel mixture issue.
I would suspect an Ignition/Electrical Issue first.
Have you had a look at the condition of the Spark Plugs recently?
Yes, I have. The spark plugs are brand new. I change them every 50 hours. I do an oil changes every 30 hours and completely clean the oil bucked.

What did the plugs look like? Sooty? Dry? Different on one side? All the Same?

Plugs looks pretty dry, in great condition. They all look the same. We pulled all them out to look at them.

An intermittent miss is more consistent with a Lean fuel condition.
You might try moving the Circlip on the Needle Jet one position Richer.

Thanks for the replies. Appreciate the follow up.
If my mixture was set too lean, wouldn't I see much higher CHT's and EGT's? Seems like I am on the very cool side of things already.
