The carbs are altitude compensating. In the needle clip adjustment video it talks about seasonal changes and large altitude for changes in areas of operation.

I guess I’ll check float weights in the morning, after reading more about it, it sounds like it potentially could be. Anyone know where to get the marvel shebler rotax floats?
