Carb throttle arm spring

Cleaned the carbs last week (thanks so much for the detailed tech videos). I noticed on the one carb (1&3) that where the throttle arm spring ‘sits’ in the stationary/fixed position (at the bottom), that although the 2&4 is at a right angle, this one is slightly bent down.
is it supposed to be like this? Or should both sides be equal? If they should be equal, should both be bent or right-angled to the carb body?
