#3 preformed 90 degree water hose

I'm doing a 5 year rubber replacement. On the #3 cylinder I bought a preformed hose from Lockwood. This hose appears to be mission impossible for installation. The bulk hose measures about 17mm ID and the preformed hose measures 15 mm ID. HELP.

I bought mine from a different vendor and had the same problem. I returned the preform and used bulk hose just fine.

Update. After extra effort using soapy water for lubrication and some cussing I was successful in installing the preformed hose.

i just purchased a 90 degre hose.. .. cost me 150.oo for an 25mm X 6 " long piece of rubber.... not feeling the rotax love so much
