ROTAX 912 Leaking Carbs

Hello, I have a rotax 912UL on my Kitfox IV. I am having a problem with one of my carburetors leaking from the vent line. I have overhauled the carbs replacing all parts including the floats and shutoff needles, verified fuel pressure was within limits, and added a fuel pressure regulator, and balanced the carbs. It only leaks while at low RPM. Not to sure what else I should do. any ideas?

Do you have an electric fuel pump? If yes, engine off, pump on: leaking?

I have done that, no leak with my fuel pump on engine off.

Are the carburetors synced? Excess engine vibration can cause the floats to move around causing the needle valve to intermittently unseat/malfunction and overflow the bowls.
