ROTAX 912 Leaking Carbs

Hello, I have a rotax 912UL on my Kitfox IV. I am having a problem with one of my carburetors leaking from the vent line. I have overhauled the carbs replacing all parts including the floats and shutoff needles, verified fuel pressure was within limits, and added a fuel pressure regulator, and balanced the carbs. It only leaks while at low RPM. Not to sure what else I should do. any ideas?
