What is the expected TBO for this engine? How many hours to do the TBO?

That engine is already well past its calendar TBO date!
TBO 'hours' for that engine maxed out at 1200 hrs (only if specific maintenance procedures were carried out to extend the TBO - see your engine log book)
see https://legacy.rotaxowner.com/si_tb_info/serviceb/sb-914-039ul.pdf and https://legacy.rotaxowner.com/si_tb_info/serviceb/sb-912-041-ul.pdf for details of the TBO extension
