I guess it is normal like you said but I noticed the amps in the yellow after 15 minutes which I never noticed before. I hate to see anything in yellow

Based on what you have said, I would suspect that you damaged your battery when you ran it down too far. If it were me, I would try a known good battery and see what happens.

The battery is quite new and holds a charge pretty well. Do you use the dynon ? It would be helpful if someone has something to compare it with.
I will monitor it and watch it more closely for now.

The age of the battery is irrelevant. What is relevant is that you discharged it to 10 volts, which represents abuse. Batteries don't like abuse. Whether or not someone uses a Dynon is also irrelevant. Amperage readings are dependent upon how great the load is on the charging system, not the equipment used to read the load.

Yeah I am friends with the owner of the battery company and he said that wouldn't hurt it. But I will monitor it.
