L1 Mounting point Torque

Hi,
On my Rotax 912S, the mounting point R1 on the front right side is used to support an exhaust bracket. I need to remove and refit this. I cannot find the torque for these bolts. Where in the manuals is it and also which Loctite do I use here? Thank you.
