912 ULS idle throttle problem

Hi,
we have after engine change (to a used one) on our Ikarus C-42 a weird problem, where we didn't find a reason for that. When you hold the throttle handle on idle then the RPM is decreasing and in 5-10 s the engine shuts down (below 1400 rpm). It can happen in the landing approach too. Idle rpm is set to 1800-1900 rpm, when you pull the handle too idle and you don't force some power on it.
What we have done yet:
- cable checked, we found some problems with the cables;
- carburetors are synchronized;
- we increased idle, what is bad for landing and taxing.
One idea is fuel pump, but it was changed before selling to us.
Some more ideas?
