912UL with 300-400 degree difference

First post, I just purchased a 2007 Airborne XT 912 trike and it flies very well. The EGT temp on right side is showing 300-400 degrees cooler. The RPM at take off power is 5500 rpm and very smooth. Though out it's rpm range everything is seems to smooth with no stumbling when applying power. I am guessing that the respective probe is the issue. Do you concur? Thanks!

Most likely a probe.

Bad probe or bad grounding. I doubt the temp is real between left and right side if the carbs are synced

Butttttt,

That said it could be if you have not synced the carbs and they are off quite a bit. You may not be able as a human to be able to actually feel the difference if each side is different from each other in their respective rpm's.
