We are just getting it apart. Maybe put some air in the case and see where it comes out.

Yes it has been a real pain in the as. Had to trailer it home this time just to be safe

I couldn’t find the return line hose size in there.

Return and supply oil hose is at least 13mm or 1/2". These are most common. Oil and fuel hose should also be in fire sleeve.

Have you ever seen where someone put a 7/16 Id on? Could that effect the crank pressure?
