914 Drop RPM after 3800

Hello my friends.

I have a parnd new aircraft with 914 with variable prop .it was parked in Hangar for almost 2 years .

Before it was runing fine . Now i ran it and it couldnt reach 4000 rpm .

1 i checkd all floats .

2 changed spark plugs

3 cleaned all filters .

4 cleaned the carburators.

My mind is stuck .

I need your help guys.

Make sure the Waste-Gate on the Turbo is adjusted and operating properly.
This is a High-Maintenance item!

Also, make sure the Prop is Not stuck at COARSE Pitch.

Make sure there is no leak in the induction, particularly at the carb sockets.

Proplem SOLVED .?

I took the carburators out and cleaned them thoroughly.

It was very dirty because of the long parking time . Now it is 100 % .
