That’s certainly a good thought and worth a proper look when we are next in the hangar

I have a Tecnam P2008 with an Edge Performance 912 EFI Turbo.
Three years ago I did a 2g pull up and smelled something burning which seemed to dissipate. As I climbed through 9000’ my oil pressure rapidly dropped. When it got down to 7psi I shut down the motor. Fortunately there was an airport right under me and I glided down to an uneventful landing. When I landed I had less than a cup of oil left in the engine. I did all the same checks you did including taking the oil pump apart. The turbo return line was open and clean. I refilled the tank and did a test flight. All was normal. I’ve since flown close to 500hrs with no problems. My theory is that the 2g pull up forced oil past the turbo seal and once flowing it continued flow.
Almost all of my oil loss went out the tail pipe and onto the belly.

Hi. I am just curious about your edge performance kit. I have a 914 and I would like to add the injection. Seems that edge does a good job. What is your experience?
thanks
