Not sure what you're looking for. I agree with it in general.
Some times statements are kind of a general statement to help owners make good decisions and owners around the world should try and follow as best as possible due to the best information at hand that Rotax has. Due to different supplies, different aircraft MFG's and conditions around the world some conditions and supplies may be hard to achieve. Rotax tries to keep owners informed and yes some things change over time as new information comes to light. Manuals and information has changed over the decades, but the big cause for issues has always been aircraft Mfg's and owners that think they know more than Rotax, but have no expertise or scientific evidence to back up some change they made. Then when things fail later in an engine's life they point the finger at Rotax, but in all reality it was the other person's fault. It just took time to manifest. Things like this really came to light when the 912iS engine came out and companies thought they could change or alter things like wiring configuration.
