Hello Everyone and Happy New year.

I Have a Bristel with 912 uls only less than 300 hrs. A few months ago filled it up with AVGAS because this is only option in that airport in neabour country . I spent around 2 hrs flying and there were no proplems after a while engine was faibrating and i reduced the power untill 4500 and went ok . Next day engine was shaking in higher than 4500.

Overall Carburators .

Changed feul pump

Checked all lines

Cleand filters .

Every thing was pervect for 30 flying hours .

The proplem now is back .

Any one have any idea wher can i check or investigate?

Check carb floats.  Each set of two floats must weigh less than 7 grams / pair....

thank you for your replay. I replaced 2 sets of floats during the carburetor overall. i will double check the weight .

If you had this issue before and the things you did made it go away then you'll need to re-visit those fixes. I would do the cheap and easy things first. Check any and all fuel filters and blow out the fuel hoses. Double check for any debris in the fuel banjo bolts. I doubt in 30 hours the pump is bad. I would drop the float bowls on the carbs and check for debris. If you had heavy floats your engine would be fine at high rpms and run rough only down in the lower idle rpms because the bowls would be flooding. If they were heavy you're using all the fuel at high cruise rpms and that wouldn't cause the rougher running. I would check and rule in or out a restriction in the system first. Your description leans towards fuel starvation and not flooding. A bad pump could cause something like this, but since it was replaced it isn't high on the suspect list.

    Overall Carburetors .

    Changed fuel pump

    Checked all lines

    Cleaned filters .
